Setup checklist & Help Angel

Prepare your agent and test a real call.

Follow the checklist from business details to your first call. When enabled, Help Angel beta explains settings with source links, numbered steps and suggested follow-up questions.

  • Follow the checklist from setup to testing. Add business details, create an agent, add knowledge and run a browser test. Connect your phone system, invite your team and make a real call. Progress is based on saved platform records.
  • Connect a supported phone system through a guided form. Choose the agent and enter phone-line credentials and optional numbers. Connection and routing checks flag problems before you launch.
  • Read help as clear steps. Help Angel beta uses product guides, source links and suggested follow-up questions. Supported multi-step answers appear as numbered cards. It can link to the relevant console page, but does not change settings.
  • Keep help within your access rights. Answers follow your role and workspace. Help conversations are kept for up to 24 hours. A platform administrator manages activation and model settings.
  • Keep help guidance aligned with product releases. Once required services are configured, the platform checks for an outdated help index and starts a rebuild when needed. An administrator can also request a rebuild. Failed rebuilds can delay updates.
  • Choose what screen content is shared. Screen sharing is on by default and can be turned off. With it on, your question, allowed page text and recent errors go to the chosen answer provider. Typed field values and private areas are excluded. Visible names and notes may still be shared.
