Add a short script to your website to show the AI call button. Visitors can ask questions by voice without leaving the page. They need a supported browser and microphone access.

- Match your website. Set the button’s logo, colours and position. Place it around other website widgets.

- Manage calls in one place. Website calls appear beside phone calls. Approved staff can listen, take over and check usage.

- Control access and usage. Approve website domains and set call limits. You can also ask for consent and add bot checks.

How website voice calls work Example steps, not a live call

- 01 A visitor taps your call button. They choose to start and allow microphone access.

- 02 Your AI agent answers. The visitor speaks and hears replies in the browser.

- 03 Your team can help. Approved staff can monitor or take over in Live Operations.

**Web Talk requirements and controls**

- Button messages support 16 interface languages, including Arabic displayed from right to left. The AI agent’s speaking languages are a separate setting. Arabic button text alone does not confirm Arabic voice support on every model.

- Set limits for each widget key, visitor and visitor network. Control simultaneous calls, call length, total usage and how long a silent call can stay open. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile adds a bot check.

- Show an optional message before the call. Supported iPhone and iPad visitors also receive an audio notice. The widget asks for microphone access only after the visitor chooses to start.

Web Talk is a voice button, not text chat. Your website must use HTTPS. Visitors need a supported browser, a microphone and permission to use it. Approved domains and usage limits also apply.
